Abilities
| Ability | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Entangling Thorns | A patch of thorns deals damage and slows enemies inside it. |
| Kudzu Connection | An ally connection grants bonuses, replicated healing, and removes the shooting movement penalty. It requires line of sight; without a connection, Ivy receives half the bonuses. |
| Stone Form | Turn into impervious stone, slam nearby enemies to damage and stun them, and heal for a fraction of maximum health. |
| Air Drop | Carry an ally through the air, then drop them for an explosion. Taking damage briefly blocks activation. A carried ally cannot attack; the tooltip also limits their outgoing damage. |
Lane and fight plan
Use Thorns to make the enemy’s preferred lane position costly, then trade from a position where your ally connection stays visible. Keep Stone Form ready for incoming pressure rather than spending every defensive option to advance. Before Air Drop, agree on the landing point and who follows up after the carried ally can act again.
Failures to avoid
Moving behind cover can break the connection even at short distance. Air Drop is a repositioning and landing tool, not a platform for a teammate to keep shooting while carried. Entangling Thorns is the name in build 6745; older Kudzu Bomb guides may use different wording.
Scope
Mechanics checked against client build 6745. The combat tips are based on those mechanics, rather than in-game testing.
